- each room has a double/queen bed with private washroom
- we reserved 70 rooms, primarily for NASK participants
- participants of both events (NASK+Binational Conference) automatically get housed there
- wheelchair users & people with limited mobility get priority there
- if space remains, conference-only participants can also stay there
- conference-only participants can request a room there on their registration form
2. Neill Wycik, student dorm, cheapest option
- Address: 96 Gerrard St E, Toronto, ON M5B 1G7, Canada
- 3-minute walk from the conference center
- 2 twin beds in each room, washroom shared with others along the hall
- no A/C, but windows can open; electric fans available
- full breakfast included without extra fee
- we reserved 7 2-person rooms there, limited-income folks get priority; request a room there from amanda.schmidt@esperanto-usa.org

3. Pembroke Inn
- Address: 117 Pembroke St, Toronto, ON M5A 2N9, Canada
- 5-minute walk from the conference center
- only 30 rooms total, fairly intimate atmosphere for our conference attendees
- relatively low prices for rather nice quality rooms
- double/queen beds in each room, private bathroom
- no elevator, those on higher/lower floors have to use stairs
- only coffee is provided, no breakfast
- reservations can be canceled up to 24 hours before arrival date
There are also lots of nearby hotels for higher prices. If you find a reasonably priced one that can house 4 people per room, please let us know and we’ll add it to our list, so others can consider staying there as well.
Lodging suggestions to accommodate post-conference excursions.
The LKK is proud to offer several fun activities immediately following the Dulanda Kongreso.
Monday July 14 (after the conference end) – Toronto neighbourhood walking tour and visit to the Royal Ontario Museum.
Tuesday July 15 – Day Trip to Niagara Falls (returning to Toronto that night)
Wednesday July 16 – Day at Toronto Islands

Here are our suggested ways to handle lodging for those who are staying longer.
We have rooms reserved at the ILC, the main location for the conference, during NASK (July 7-11) and the Dulanda Kongreso (July 11-14). For the nights of the 14, 15, and 16, we are hopeful that we will be also be able to offer rooms at the ILC as part of our reserved block. However, we cannot guarantee this yet.
If you registered for NASK+Dulanda Kongreso with lodging: You have a room at the ILC July 7-14. If you’d like to extend your reservation more nights for the excursions, please email us with the nights you wish to stay, sending the email to jedmeltzer@gmail.com.
If you want a room for the Dulanda Kongreso alone, with or without the extra nights for the excursions, please email us with the nights you want to stay, along with the room type (one single bed or two). Again, to jedmeltzer@gmail.com. You also might already be on the waiting list for rooms at the ILC for the DLK, but it doesn’t hurt to ask again, to be certain about which nights you need. .
Please make your request by April 30, 2025. Requests sent after then may still be successful, but it may be harder.
Of course, you will want to have lodging guaranteed when you are making your travel plans; we understand that. So there is a good plan B. You can also make a reservation at the Pembroke Inn, and this reservation is FULLY REFUNDABLE up to 24 hours before check-in, so you can cancel it once you have your ILC reservation. Rooms are also refundable at the Holiday Inn 1-3 days before arrival, but these are more expensive, and only recommended if you need two double beds for your family. And of course, there are other lodging options in the area besides these, and you are free to make whatever arrangements you like!
